Bailee joined Hobe & Lucas in January 2023 as an intern, where she quickly demonstrated her dedication and strong work ethic. Her ability to learn and adapt allowed her to advance from intern to paraprofessional, and she now serves as a Staff Accountant. In her role, Bailee assists with a variety of accounting and tax preparation services, supporting both individuals and businesses with accuracy and professionalism. She takes pride in building her technical expertise while contributing to the success of the team.
Bailee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems Management from the University of Akron. She is currently pursuing her CPA license and is committed to furthering her knowledge in tax and accounting to provide greater value to clients.
Outside of the office, Bailee enjoys reading, thrift shopping, and traveling, and she looks forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally at Hobe & Lucas.
