Camille joined Hobe & Lucas in 2026 as the firm’s Client Accounting Services (CAS) Practice Leader. She specializes in outsourced accounting, financial process optimization, and advisory support for small to mid‑sized businesses. Camille works extensively with clients across industries such as professional services, real estate, construction, and nonprofit organizations. In her role, she leads a team of four professionals, oversees the delivery and scalability of CAS engagements, and serves as a strategic advisor to clients seeking stronger financial insights, improved operational efficiency, and technology‑driven accounting solutions.
With more than 26 years of experience, Camille has built a distinguished career providing accounting, auditing, consulting, agreed‑upon procedures, and financial advisory services to a wide range of clients, including publicly traded and privately held manufacturing companies, real estate organizations, professional service firms, local governments, and not‑for‑profit entities. Her background also includes extensive work with both for‑profit and nonprofit employee benefit plans, as well as local and state government audits performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and financial statement audits performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards of the Unites States.
Throughout her career, Camille has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and coach teams through complex audits, reviews, and compilation engagements. She has worked closely with business owners, CFOs, controllers, and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, proper recording of transactions, and clear, compliant disclosures. Her experience also includes serving in fractional CFO capacities, where she has helped organizations strengthen financial operations, improve internal processes, and enhance strategic decision‑making.
Camille’s leadership style is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement. She values developing talent, building trust with clients, and delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions that support long‑term organizational success.
Camille currently serves as the treasurer of Hanna Perkins Center for Child Development (HPCC), where she also chairs the finance and investment committees. She is also the treasurer of Believe in Dreams and chairs its finance committee. Previously, Camille served as the treasurer of Cleveland Academy of Scholarship, Technology, and Leadership Enterprise High School (C.A.S.T.L.E.) and Christ Episcopal Church in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
