Louis joined Hobe & Lucas in 1998. Through personalized service, he helps clients achieve their strategic, financial, and personal goals by first building effective relationships with clients through trust and dependability. He provides tax, audit, CFO for hire and consulting services to a variety of closely held businesses in the healthcare, construction and professional services industries.
In 2019 Louis became Managing Partner at Hobe & Lucas. As a trusted advisor and shareholder, he leads with integrity, compassion, respect, and togetherness. Over the years, Louis has learned that success looks different for everyone, and the importance of building meaningful relationships with those around him. He takes immense pride in the family culture he has helped to build and strengthen at Hobe & Lucas, and that sense of family can be felt when interacting with colleagues and the clients he serves. Those moments of authentic connection drive him in his career at Hobe & Lucas.
Outside of work, Louis loves spending time with his wife and four children, as well as his extended family. In true Italian form, family gatherings bring everyone together and always involve a lot of food! He also enjoys volunteering in the community, discovering new restaurants, catching a performance at Playhouse Square, chasing around his 2 dogs, and singing wrong song lyrics – just to bug his kids.
