Patrick is a senior tax executive with twenty-six years of tax and accounting experience, and strong technical and communication skills. He has extensive knowledge of current tax laws and is adept at recognizing and developing new planning strategies in response to changes in the law. Patrick provides federal, state, local, and international tax research and tax planning recommendations for clients. His past professional accomplishments include providing research and technical assistance in structuring complex corporate and partnership sale and merger transactions. Patrick’s tax background also includes special emphasis in the area of partnership taxation with specialization in real estate tax issues, as well as international taxation for individuals, including expatriates and non-resident aliens. Previously, Patrick was a senior tax executive with International Management Group, a worldwide sports management and marketing firm.
