Shana Nold joined Hobe & Lucas in September 2017 and serves as a Manager in the Audit department. She began her accounting career as an auditor at a Big Four accounting firm in Cleveland, which was followed by financial planning and accounting management experience in private industry. She is happy to have returned to an auditing role in public accounting, where she can use her past experiences to engage with clients in a more thoughtful and supportive approach.
Shana studied at Youngstown State University, where she met her husband and developed her love for Wedgewood pizza and Handel’s ice cream. She later pursued her Master’s degree in Accounting at the University of Akron and continues to be grateful for the career services and opportunities provided there.
Shana is an experienced auditor in multiple industries, with a focus on companies in the financial services industry, to include broker dealers and investment funds, as well as employee benefit plans.
When Shana is not at her computer, she can be found enjoying quality time with her husband and three children.
